The benefits of exercise include:

1. Resistance of the body to diseases:

When you have a regular exercise (routine), or exercise regularly, it increases your resistance to physical and general ailments. 


Diarrhea and similar ailments will not happen easily to you. Exercise increases what is known as (immunoglobulin) which is a protein that boosts the body's immunity.


2. Increases energy:

When you have done a small or large task, it becomes easier for you to do a task and you can easily finish it without feeling tired.


3. Boosts self-confidence:

Exercising regularly will greatly boost your self-confidence both internally and externally, and reduce stress levels. 


The pituitary gland also releases chemicals such as endorphins that make you feel calmer and happier.


4. It brightens the body:

When you exercise your blood circulates better and faster throughout the body. Also, more oxygen than before will reach the skin cells and cause your body to glow.


5. Prevents premature ejaculation:

The two diseases that most young people suffer from are now divided into two.
